VIKTORIA SOLTESZ
Viktoria Soltesz is a payment industry expert and the founder of PSP Angels, a payment
consulting firm that helps online businesses optimize their payment flows and costs by finding
the best payment and banking solutions. She is also a partner in a boutique firm in Malta, which
was established to improve the payments processing infrastructure for clients in the iGaming
industry. With over 15 years of experience operating a finance and tax consultancy in Cyprus,
Viktoria has extensive knowledge of payment systems and high-risk industries. In addition to
her work in consulting, Viktoria is a highly sought-after public speaker, regularly presenting at iGaming, blockchain, fintech, and investment conferences. She is also a lecturer at the University
of West London, sharing her expertise with the next generation of industry professionals.
NEBOJSA DOBRIJEVIC
Nebojsa Dobrijevic is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the
industry. He is known for his professionalism and passion for fintech, and has a track record of
success in restructuring, access to capital, and public markets. Throughout his career, Mr.
Dobrijevic has worked with a variety of fintech and financial institutions, including money
service businesses (MSBs) and electronic money institutions (EMIs). Most recently, he served as
the Chief Financial Officer of Canna 8 REIT, a publicly-listed company on the Toronto Stock
Exchange. In this role, he gained valuable experience in capital markets, equity raise, and
stakeholder management. Mr. Dobrijevic holds an MBA from Queen’s University and a BA in
Economics from the University of Calgary. He is committed to staying at the forefront of
industry developments and is always looking for new opportunities to help his clients succeed.
